For online purchases, shirt and hoodie size replacements are not allowed. Other than those products, you may email us at

How do I return items if I have changed my mind?
Unfortunately, returns due to a change of mind are not allowed.


How do I return items that do not suit my skin/body type?
Returns for items such as undergarments, cosmetics and personal care, earrings, and products that are similar in nature are not allowed, for hygienic purposes.


How do I return or replace a damaged, wrong, broken, missing or inconsistent design of the product?
If you have claims of damaged, wrong or inconsistency of the design or missing item/s, kindly email blogafied@blogapalooza.ph with the subject: "ORDER NUMBER + WRONG ITEM" & fill up this form Customer Guarantee Form. Kindly make sure to fill out the complete details and include the unboxing video of the item/s so our support team can check and coordinate with you on how to return/replace the product.
